Actually, wait... If a body decays changes are happening, causes and effects. At every point in time something moves, changes, reacts, even if it's just particles in the air floating about...so the length between those actions is time, and in a hypothetical situation (since its impossible as far as I'm aware), nothing at all happened, there'd be no time. Boom.
