Warning: if you're depressed or really innocent, this comment might make you sad..... The only real reason we live is for other people- to make them happy, smile, laugh, and if you're really special- to improve society in some way (making a discovery of some kind, curing a disease, making a statement that inspires some sorta revolution, etc). But if we only live for other people and they're all gonna die, then there's no point. Everyone dies, eventually the whole world will be lifeless, your entire life and everyone else's will be forgotten, and you'll have left no impression on the universe. So unless you guys can come up with another reason for our existence, there is none. Hmph.

well not everyone will be forgotten, we still remember people for doing great things, authors, musicians, leaders etc etc but our existence is pointless but we might as well make the most of it

You really shouldn't be thinking that way I use to think that way and eventually in return got depressed and wanted to commit suicide just joking about the suicide though but instead of focusing on how pointless human existence is you should focus more on you and live you're life to the fulles

Idk how old you are but once you turn 18 you should think about going on adventure around the world to help you be at peace with you're self and the world around you go to beautiful breathtaking sight's and thing's and do thing's thing's you'll remember for the rest of you're life

I always wanted to go on a massive road trip with my friends and also go around the world like you said, it'd be so friggen awesome, although when I'm 18 I'll be in college. Then I'll get a job, then I'll pay off the massive college debt, then I'll make money, /then/ I'll try to plan a trip....man, that sounds pretty lame xD

me and my friends want to do a road trip round america in the summer between secondary school and uni. Watch some baseball, basketball and football

@User 641673 Thanks :) I would talk to them about that, but I still wouldn't have anyone to travel with or any money to travel lol and everyone who's ever waited a year before going to college has told me it was a horrible idea

You know what, people don't matter in the future long after they're gone, but they matter in the present, and isn't the present equally as important as the future? Kinda? Maybe? I dunno

We'll you should think about that I am no going to college and just gonna travel around the world once I turn 18 or at least hope I can money's not a problem since it's only me and my older brother
