Does anybody know how to spawn the Ender dragon using the egg in Xbox version

First go to the nether and defeat the dragon Then use piston in to get the egg then spawn in creative

for xbox 360. I've tried and never succeeded.

I did it and i worked.... Do you know how to spawn the enderdragon in the end? And btw if u got the egg place it somewhere and do torches around it, then just wait...
