These are all really bad equally I think, they are contribute to your physical and mental health, but social anxiety is a lot less bad

All can be bad in their own ways

@ Two-Tone 🤔 Everyday at school they only serve pizza and fries.... sometimes they will give you other options suck as whole wheat spaghetti (my friend got that today and it was covered in mayo and hot sauce)
