i had a dream I was in the military when I was 13 I never joined but I felt all the adrenaline and being scared. Also I was in a building shooting at something what would that be saying? I need to join the military maybe?

@alexis, this is called lucid dreaming. It is when you are in control of what you dream and what you do. The smell of roses and good sleep can also lead to you being able to have control over your dreams. Although these are the ones i can name off hand, there are many other triggers for lucid dreaming. I used to do this all the time.
