Ok if the guy is jealous is cute. Most if the time, it just means u want to make sure that she is safe and u care about her. Unless u have doubts she's doing things with other people.

No, it only means he/she cares so much about you they don't want anyone else(like a guy-friend) near you.

Its not that they dont trust u its that they dont trust the other person

You can be jealous of your best friend if they are way cooler than you and not distrust the... Jealous isn't always related to relationships. Although, if you specified that it was jealousy of someone who is close to your boyfriend/girlfriend, then I'd say no because even if you trusted your boyfriend completely you'd still be jealous if he was close friends with Kim Kardashian... It's kind of just how people are. We're possessive.
