Roughest city to settle and live in

Chicago's rougher than all those for sure...

Detroit is the worst! You can't even go to the grocery store without being mugged!

^Very true^ but honestly only the people that have been to every city/town can say which one is the roughest and I don't think many people can honesty say they have been to every single city/town in the United States
