puff thrugh your mouth and keep it calm never stop you will calm down your breathing ive ben doing it for 4 years and it works

inhale through nose and exhale through mouth and keep your mouth open but not waaaay open. Inhale on one step, then your next step exhale.

And try to take long ones as long as possible, since it will oxygenate enough your whole body. It will let your body the time to change the dirty air into clean air and so you're more likely to have more energy because your cells need to be well oxygenated to liberate the energy ππ

@Maggie breathe in through the nose for 3 seconds and quickly out the mouth for 2 seconds. It can help redue injuries as your core becomes unstable when you start to exhale which increases risk of injury on the foot that lands at the beginning of the breath; breathing as I've said can help you run for longer
