it depends. It is strange getting used to changes but you soon deal with it.You smell, get spotty and hairy as a monkey. You grow very quick. For boys, their voice goes deep. For girls, they get periods which as annoying as they may be, aren't as bad people make it out to be once you get used to it.

you can buy books that explain things which may be helpful to deal with changes
