Yes but only if born in that country

because they might be forced to live somewhere and they weren't born there. But I also agree that it is very bad to burn our country's flag.

Why get offended? It's a symbol, a piece of cloth. Also, freedom of expression should be absolute, as long as you are not harming others, right?

it's a sign of patriotism, more Americans burn the US flag than any other nationality. Plus there are other, more important laws to think about.

I love our great country of America, and I would never ever burn the symbol of our patriotism and freedom. But burning a flag is an expression of free speech. :/ The day the Gov. cracks down on people who express themselves like that, is the day that our liberties and rights begin to die. If we aren't careful, we'll end up being a totalitarian government :( (Think like Nazi Germany)

Burning a flag is victimless--what freedom loving American would abide by arresting and punishing someone for burning a colorful piece of cloth?
