I do a half hour of alternate jogging and running, 30 pushups 30 pull ups, 60 leg lifts, 10 reverse crunches and 10 on each side , plank for 5 minutes with pranks and wall sits for as long as possible. Doing this 4-5 days a week along with cutting back on junk food is what i do to keep in shape between soccer and softball, im sorry its so long and i hope it helps.

30 mins every day= 5 mins of squats, 5 mins of push ups, 5 mins of donkey kicks, 5 mins of lunges, 5 mins of heismans, and 5 mins of knees lifts.

I workout about 75 mins a day if I'm sore I don't workout that day otherwise I do. This what I do.
300 jumping jacks
225 crunches
150 squats
75 push ups

try to progress from little exercises a day to an hour. You look young so you shouldn't strain yourself. If you mean diet as in not eating as much as you used to, that's not the point. You'll actually grow unhealthy and possibly gain more fats. The point of dieting is eating healthy. Not eating less. Good luck. ps- don't worry too much on dieting, you usually lose your baby fat as you grow, plus you look fine

losing weight is more calorie intake control than exercise. Exercising in intervals (on/off intensity) will boost your metabolism up to 48 hours after you stop exercising. Get myfitnesspal and track your calories religiously before pushing yourself too hard.
