One of my best friends is starting to develop severe anorexia. What should I do ?

tell an adult immediately so she can get the help she needs. Anorexia is a serious condition and can seriously harm someone. Even if she gets mad for you telling a trusted adult, she will thank you in the end. Most likely she is resorting to anorexia because she feels she is overweight, and is too influenced by media and very skinny models. When she looks in the mirror, she sees a overweight girl, when in reality she is so malnourished she is ABNORMALLY skinny.
