You're exhausted but can't fall asleep. How do you help yourself fall asleep quicker?

I just start making stories in my head and close my eyes... I must be really weird bc in the only one who does this xD

OMG for Christmas I got a bottle of NyQuil because I would tell my mom I couldn't fall asleep

@shae I totally do this too. Although it includes me, my gf, and some characters in books....
