Is it ridiculous that ppl buy their pets clothing, Cartier collars, and fillet mignon while children are starving?

I think it is ridiculous personally. However it is their money. I wouldn't spend my money on clothes for my pets but it's their choice what they do with their money

i brought my dog a winter Coes so she didn't get cold but the rest I don't agree with

@sweetcattiem I agree! To me it's ridiculous! Aside from a lil dog t-shirt, or cool collar, or even a holiday outfit, something simple is ok, IMO. I know a girl at my job custom orders shit for her white Maltese, dyes the dogs hair pink, consults jewelers for dog collars, the dogs gotta better wardrobe than 1/2 the ppl I know!! She takes it everywhere & it's gotta be in an outfit AND shoes!!! Disgusting IMO!!! So many ppl struggle & work hard for their families, kids are sick, cancer is killing ppl! That shits hard to watch. Over a dog that could give a shit less!!!

My dogs are short haired chi weenies in live in North Dakota they need a fucking coat and besides that it's my money if I wanna spend it on my dogs and not some poor person I will, my dogs are number one priority over in person I don't know nor care to know

I supposed you could argue that it is ethically wrong to have your dogs out in conditions it is not made to be in

I think they look so adorable and well it's up to the owner if he/she wants to buy them clothes of course excessively buying pets clothes isn't too good but i think its cute just not too much

It is indeed peoples' choices what they do with their money and yes. It should go to help out others. But dogs are living creatures too. Family to some. So they should be treated as such if the owner permits. Nevertheless, many humans pamper themselves and don't give a rat's ass about others. I personally think spending it on a pet is better than one spoiled human.
