Maybe your not ready to have sex yet! You don't have to ever have sex. I'm 20 less than 2 months and I'll be 21. I have never had sex with a man and the thought honestly scares me and sometimes grosses me out. I just enjoy kissing and making out with guys. And trust me I'm not gay, a lesbian, or homosexual.

It's possible that your just a homo-romantic bit still straight. Haven't seen too many people like that but it is possible. It's also possible that you may just not have met the right guy yet or aren't ready for sex. Don't get pressured into doing anything you don't want to do.

ditto Max above. it's okay to feel whatever you're feeling, and there's no rush to label yourself. The truth is that there is a lot of in between and a lot of nuance with sexuality. I'm technically bisexual, but have never felt like I found a label that fits me exactly. I'm fine with that, and love who I am, and I hope you will too. :)
