stay up late to at least 6 or 7 in the afternoon and go to sleep this might not work though cause you might wake up earlier than you wanted to but its worked plenty of times for me when I needed to straighten out my sleep I usually wake up around 2 am or 3AM sometimes earlier

i go to bed earlier so that i get the same amount of sleep and wake up earlier
For example, i go to sleep around 2 and wake up at 10. Thats eight hours sleep. So if i go to sleep at 11 i can wake up at 7 and be just as rested

@🎩Llew🎩 Yea, I was gonna do that, but I've spent this whole summer only going to sleep when I'm like about to pass out, so I'm not used to trying to sleep when I'm not tired. I'd need to take like a ton of melatonin if I want to go to sleep early :/

My sleep schedule is all outta whack cuz during the summer I stayed up until like 3 every night and I try going to bed early but I can't sleep so I end up staying up til midnight or 1 and waking up at 7 so I'm tired all day

@Marisa 😝 That sucks :/ that's pretty much my problem too except I have to wake up at 5:30 lol but I think it takes you longer to fall asleep

make sure you go to bed at the same time every day and wake up at the same time everyday
