Do you think someone is a bad person if they have bad thoughts, but never act them out because they know it's wrong?

oh ok I see what your talking I am exactly like that being as how I am a sociopath and have low remorse and low empathy sometimes I do think about doing things that wouldn't be right but just don't act on them of course some times it's ok to do bad things if you keep on holding it in then one day you let lose like sometimes to control myself i'll go out and spray paint walls that i'm not suppose to or do even more just so I can get a rush but to answer your question no it is not but you should think about going to a psychiatrist if you really think it's that bad
