the one on my nose a bit but not too much. On the ear it was fine. In the end it's worth it though, it looks really pretty

I got my cartilige pierced and it gets infected easily btw

Whatever one suits you and your pain tolerance because belly is probably the most painful out of those ones and the nose and then cartilage
