Is this cutting all tho I use paper and album paper things

in my mind...if it hurts you...and your using a thing that can cut you...it is...but...it's a bit better than using a knife....but not by much,

@Kaile_combs you're right it is better than using a knife but I think it is just the early stage of cutting. If you cut with paper you will possibly end up with a knife

Self harm has many forms. Don't think that because you aren't causing serious physical damage that's it's not a big deal; it is. It might escalate from there to using a knife, and that's a very bad addiction to have. If you haven't already, please reach out for professional help
