My boyfriend texted me first and I texted back and he read my text but didn't txt back, what should I do?

Don't freak out. Just say sothing like,"Hey, are you there?"

no, don't respond he'll just see how clingy you are. Try and be more idk creative. Sometimes texting can be boring and annoying and to see something as common as "Hi, how are you?" might not make certain people interested in continuing to text you for now.

Also he may have seen it, but had something to do all of sudden and forgot to reply.

let him wait. He'll want you more, then he'll finely txt back

I don't think it would necessarily be clingy if you were in the middle dog a conversation. But it's most important that you relax so it's not clingy.
