no, depends on your height and build, but I wouldn't necessarily say fat

It's not bad, whoever has said yes is shallow and stupid, in this society it's just wrong to call people fat who aren't, this is how people start doubting themselves and leads to anorexia and bulimia. Don't listen to what other people say, everyone is beautiful in their own way!
