Don't use any heat products and if you do always just a heat protect spray and just a repairing shampoo and conditioner

Just take lots of shower use lots of shampoo and conditioner and brush your hair a lot also cut off the burned parts message me for the rest

@Gabi Actually, if you shower too often, it WILL stop your hair growth, and brushing your hair often will tear out your hairs, limiting hair growth.

And avoid curling irons, straighteners, crimpers, and hair dryers.

Trim the tips, eat lots of hair growing vitamins, don't brush it a lot, don't heat it, are u still with me, use good shampoo and conditioner, and don't put a lot of hair products, such as gel, mouse, ect. If u do than u will have to wash your hair more often. Hope this is helpful. I know these things because my hair is long

actually, sorry typo, u should brush your hair a lot, it depends on the brush u use. Don't use those brushes that rip your hair off.

Don't cut it unless you need to trim the bottom to make it heathy. I have long hair.
