This happens to me all the time 😂 I didn't know it had a name thou

Yeah, it's happened. But you know how you're paralyzed when you're asleep? One time that happened and I couldn't move for a few seconds.

I was terrified. I wasn't even all the way asleep when it happened. I was like 😴😴😴😳😳😶😶😧😧😒😒😑😑😴😴😴

@Pearl You mean like you were paralyzed? I don't mean with dear, I was trying to move but my body hadn't woken up so I couldn't. I have a friend who falls asleep a lot and will wake up, but everyone thinks she's asleep cuz she can't move (she has a sleep disorder where it happens)

It always happens to me when I am exhausted!!!! I wonder why it happens though!

@Ruby that is scary!! My best friend had it and when she would describe it, it really freaked me out!
