I just got my school schedule and I have gym first period, every day! Any advice?

Wear antiperspirant deodorant (put it on before class). And do you have to shower? Participate, but don't exert yourself😂 that's what I do. So I don't sweat.

We don't have to shower but gym is usually outside for 45mins, the length of any regular class

I think you'll do good. Just be sure to change and participate. You probably won't get that sweaty since gym isn't actually that much of a work out.

I have gym every other day second period but my brother had gym every period in first period and he said it just woke him up but my school has a pool and swimming

BRING DEODORANT AND PERFUME TRY YOUR BEST NOT TO SWEAT

I had the same problem last year bring a strong perfume. Like axe for women it's strong and smells great. 😉

I have mine on 2nd period. And I have to climb a whole lot of stairs like 4 flights with a heavy back pack.
