He's playing a game with you. If he's not willing to respect you enough to tell you what his deal is, respect yourself enough to walk away.

If you already know what his deal is, and you have regrets, express them then stop engaging. If he doesn't want to talk that's his choice, but it's immature to rub that in someone's face. Try to move on. If he gets over it he can let you know. You should never have to chase someone.
