My little 7yr old cousin is sassy and bossy. What should it do?

I have a cousin like that, she swears at me and every 2 secs is like 'I don't care' and messes up my stuff. All u can do is ignore her. You can try and say something back but whenever I say something she bursts out crying.

I give her the silent treatment for a little bit. It helps make them think about what they're doing wrong and change there attitude to get what they want. If it goes back to the way it was then repeat it
