My boyfriend... He's not officially diagnosed but his mom has it and he fits the dsm description so. It's not too bad though, mental disorders are a spectrum and whatnot

My Mother has a very severe form of Bipolar Disorder Type I with Psychotic Features. It's really hard to describe the pain of seeing someone you love go on a downward spiral of self-destruction. She has tried to kill herself several times, and has stabbed my sister and I with a knife

My ex-girlfriend has a severe case yet refuses to seek help, the care facility thinks my brother has it and my mother and a sister show a lot of signs...

I have it but it's not as bad as some people think. I am stable enough to not need meds.

@CalvnKlein Man, that sucks I'm sorry. Has she found any medications that have a significant positive effect?

@👑MirandaKnowsWhat'sUp👑, Thank you. After trying many, Lithium seems to be the best for her, but she will absolutely not take it on her own consistently. She hates it. The only one she would take willingly is Depakote, and only a minimal dose (not enough)
