If someone killed someone, they wouldn't get off without any charges just because they have a mental disorder. I know about behavioral health, but I don't think it's okay to blame you me bad actions on your mental disorder and think it's okay and everyone should forgive you.

No matter what your mental state. 2) they have medications and treatment, so that their behavior should not be affected unless they don't take their meds. 3) I am not a stupid redneck and I would like to know where the hell that came from. 4) 16% of people in prisons have a mental disorder of some kind. So clearly they can be charged with crimes. 5) I am 16. So what. You act like you are 12. You think you know, when you don't. This girl has acted poorly and cannot use her ADHD as an excuse.
