I fancy this boy who lots of people like but he is not going out with anyone. He looks at me alot in class and doesn't look at other people what should I do ?

If you want to wait for him to act, you will have to wait a lot and maybe forever. Boys never do the first move, you should try to get interested with what he likes ( like cars maybe your war games, I don't know who he is )

don't just ask him out. Get to know him a little and become his friend :) that's how it worked for me
