Boys are stronger when it comes to having muscles. Girls are stronger internally. We are mentally stronger and have higher pain tolerance.

it depends on the people that your comparing, for example if you compare a 7 year old girl, to a 20 year old boy, of course the boy is stronger, but If you compare people of the same age, it depends who works out, and puts effort in to it!

Girls r totally stronger... Everyone is thinking muscles and strength but i think that girls r stronger then boys muscle wiz both because it depends but with children and cleaning girls r stronger and with mechanics and getting along guys r stronger but it comes down to smarts and patience witch girls r smarter in because they can deal better with people although after someone has reached their point they freak and for smarts girls just have better focus... Overall girls are stronger

Science has shown Men tend to usually be physically stronger then women as well as more mentally stable.

I blame women's lack of intelligence and mental stability greatly on extreme amounts of stress caused by the things they must endure which men don't such as pms, pregnancy,menopause. Menopause being one of the main reasons most women end up losing there mental stability.

I think most if you people don't even understand the question. I'll rephrase it. "On average, what gender has the most muscle mass. This does not mean 'which gender do I favor more' " while their are women in gymnastics, that is strength AND flexibility, in which men generally do not have. While some women are stronger than most men, that does not mean that the MAJORITY of them are stronger, which is a scientific fact.
