Yeah I did it on a calculator and got 48 because 10+1=11-2=9*5=45+3== 48

actually I used the calculator on my phone and got 4

PEMDAS so it's -1 I think...ugggh I hate these type of problems cuz idk if its pemdas or not

If you do the problem correctly you would start with 2*5=10 so that would make your problem 10+1-10+3 which ends up equaling 4.

@🚫 it depends on which side it's on. If adding is on the left and subtracting is on the right, you do left one. You are basically reading. You just do the problem left to right.

@Error420 No order of operations says to do multiplication or division before adding or subtracting. 1.Parenthesese 2. Exponents 3. Multiplication or division, whichever is first 4. Add and subtract, whichever is first.

@JuLi I don't think they multiplied the 2 and the 5 before subtracting it from eleven. That might not be how they did it, but the rules are you have to do the multiplication and division first and then to the addition and subtraction. It's doesn't mean they are stupid by any means, of course. They simply forgot. :)
