Ok so get to no him a lot then get him to be alone with u one day then tell him how u feel and ask him how he feels. Ha in forth grade I really liked this boy then his soccer ball went to me an my love for him was getting stronger so I couldn't stand it anymore and just told him then he asked me out and it was all happy 😊
