he was doing free running he front somersaulted over bench for first ever time got his hand caught in the gaps in the bench he pulled the socket on his arm out of place too he broke 3 bones in his wrist he is in a full cast and a sling and a finger sling they basically tie ur fingers together to heal them and to stop u getting tempted to do stuff with that arm and obvs has the knife marks witch have been there since before this if I can ill get u the x ray and show u how outa place it is

@Dolphin lover🐬🐬🐬 that's alright bout the argument and its mine I broke my wrist in 3 places by front somersaulting over bench for the first time I got it caught in the gap in the bench dislocated my shoulder broke my wrist in 3 places and bleeding everywhere also I was free running cuz I have been doing it for 8 years

i have to keep the nails in there for life otherwise that bone will just break again also it means if I get arrested on the metal detector search they will find that and I have to tell them how I did it why it's there and everything also it makes the alarm go off when u go past shop doors
