i really don't get the whole "come here, stay" thing -.-"

that's on a iPod app i got it quotables

It'll get up and come to you when you say come here. But will sit and wait when you say stay. So they are saying come here to their dog (named stay) but the dogs hearing two commands and doesn't understand which one to follow
