Y is it that unhealthy food is so nice but bad for u??!?!!?

they have lots of fats & emulsifiers in. These things taste nice to us :(

erm emulsifiers aren't what makes food taste good....

It's actually because they provide a lot of fast, junk energy, which our body likes because it gives you a fast rush of energy. It's similar to the addiction concept of drugs. This is especially true in younger people because they're still growing and their body needs more energy for that. :)
