The first three would be somewhat quick and you would, in those instances, pass out due to lack of oxygen and THEN die. Being eaten alive would be most painful as teeth will rip and mash your flesh while youre still conscious.

@Richard Hellams getting shot doesnt hurt all that bad, its the shock of actually being shot. When you bleed out you just get cold, numb, and weak. You pass out and then die, not that painful.

I think drowning would be the most painful because humans breathe air, and If you're trapped in water and can't get out, that would be painful. Very.
