@Tardis900 for the butterfly one, you draw a butterfly on yourself then write someone's name who is important to u so u know not to hurt urself

@Tardis900 the rainbow one is where u make a rainbow or just six different colors and put it on ur fist horizontally. The lines means that u have either self harmed, tried to commit suicide, depressed, etc.
