What you're doing is alright, but if you want advice on how to make it more unique or complete, I would start thinking about your overall compositions. This one for example shows just a frontal view of a girl who looks like she is floating in the middle of the page; therefore even if you've got the anime figure drawing talent, the success of the overall image is rather low.
