Yes, I am depressed. But thinking of good in the world and happy memories helps. So does music & God. Turn to Him for help if you're not sure what to do, and tell Him to lead you.

@riotgrrrl I got depression too. It sucks. & anxiety & autism & ADHD. But according to adults, it gets better. (Although I doubt they've had multiple disorders)

I didn't get my autism diagnosis Til 2012, even though I've been seeing therapists since 3rd grade. 😑 I probably woulda been better off if they'd discovered it earlier.

I struggle from mild depression and poltraumatic stress disorder and sometimes like after I eat I feel like I'm fat so I throw it all up and won't eat or sleep for like three days and then go back and like 5 months ago I cut my left arm and then cryer everyday and never came out my room until my mom found out

I kinda wrote a lot I can't even see wtf I wrote

so I said I struggle from mild depression and poltraumatic stress disorder and that after I eat I feel fat so I throw it all up and then won't eat or sleep for like 2-3 days

And like 5 months ago I cut my arm and stayed in my room and never came out until my mom saw it and said she was gone take me to a school for "TROUBLED" girls so I ran away

and then when the popo found me they took me to a hospital to see if I cld go back to school and see if I wld kill anyone and my test was clear but I stopped cutting and I'm not tht depressed I have a therapist

I'm usually happy but when I hear a as song or I'm sitting down doing nothing I think of how much my life sucks and then I get depressed all over again mind u I haven't slept in like 2 weeks

Im actually very depressed. I suffer from bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and anxiety. I've also lost a lot of close family and friends this year and I actually thought of killing myself at one point but then I found god which have me hope. I'm still depressed though.

@fiestytype😜 I'm not sure. I'm thinking about getting a therapist. I'm not so sure it will help though.

@slimblack it will help since UR younger but honestly you have to want to be happy for urself u can't want to be sad and get a therapist they can't change u they help you through things u have to want happiness for u

Kinda I lost a lot of my close family members over the years and my sister is just a big bully and I don't speak to my dad and on here people fight with me and call me pizza face and I act like it doesn't hurt but it does

@fiestytype😜 Therapists never helped me. I've been doing therapy for years, and my depression just keeps getting worse. Ugh. I hope I can find a way to /really/ help people.
