Does everyone agree u should be at least 10+ I know rules are 12 or 13+ but I think there should definetly not be 7-9

It doesn't depend on there age really, it's there personality they can be like 13 and when you talk to them feel like a 9 year old

And if there 10 and it feels like your talking to a 14 year old Any way all kids are going to do it regardless. Also there parents can chime in to like giving a iPad (for them selfs with no supervision) to a 7 year old So I think it should be at lest 10+ or 11+

When I was younger I'd run around the neighborhood with everyone and we'd go to each others' houses to see if we could chill and we played active games and actually used our imaginations and shit. Now all I see kids doing is texting and playing stupid ass games on their phones.

same, me and my neighbour didn't play on consoles, we played football or rugby or tennis. We built dens in all weathers. When it snowed we made igloos, when it rained we made shelters. We played robin hood and made weapons
