maddy Oh please! I need your advice! It would mean A lot to me

👑MirandaKnowsWhat'sUp👑I'm confused. What do you mean?

Nature Lover (GTH)idk if this would work but look at yourself every day in the mirror and say that you are beautiful and other good things about you. Do that for about 5 minutes I guess

maddy:D tnx for the advice!

Nature Lover (GTH)no problem

👑MirandaKnowsWhat'sUp👑1. Acceptance of the Soul ✌ Think about whether or not you're a good person. If the answer is no, try your best to be kinder, and make sure you recognize that the fact that you want to improve yourself shows a lot about your character. If the answer is yes, remind yourself when you're feeling down that you're kind, loving, sympathetic, etc. and think about how valuable that kindness is.

👑MirandaKnowsWhat'sUp👑2. Acceptance of Individuality Try to find yourself. Start doing/saying/wearing things that you wouldn't have done before because you were worried about others would've thought, and teach yourself to not care what they think. If someone says something negative about whatever it is you're doing, just laugh. Don't take people too seriously. Anyone that judges someone just because they did something a bit odd is a butt, so you shouldn't care about their opinion anyways. You should be able to do whatever the hell you want if it makes you happy...well, within reason of course.

👑MirandaKnowsWhat'sUp👑3. Acceptance of the Body If you wanna feel more confident about your appearances, then the first thing you have to do is stop comparing yourself to others. Everyone does it, and it screws us all up. Just block those thoughts outta your mind, and if one pops up, recite a mantra or something (in your head) of your choice such as something simple like "I am beautiful". And what NatureLover suggested is a pretty good idea too, so I'd reccommend doing that. Meditation would help. If you're ever feeling down about yourself, just sit down comfortably, turn on quiet happy music, relax, and either think freely about why you're beautiful and awesome, or again recite a mantra over and over.

maddy@👑MirandaKnowsWhat'sUp👑 cool advice
