User 641673Well coma and the matrix are two different things while in coma it would just be you and your dreams so anything you did do would be pointless cause it's all in your head while the matrix has other real life people in there so if you were to cure cancer in the matrix even if it was fake it would still have an everlastng effect on you and the other real life people around you.
