D_Lannn@KAITLIN I actually really don't know. There are some slow motion apps and then they save to UR phone after U make them so U could do that

D_Lannnit U could just do it the old school way and hav UR camera up close to UR face first and then start shaking UR hair from side to side slowly as U unzoom the camera to make it look like it's in slow motion.
