She needs someone and somewhere that makes her feel safe and loved, and that's what living with Peeta provides her. That's why she chose him. (Gale is way cooler though)

The other characters I got the jist of who they are but they're all kinda just ehh and some are a bit underdeveloped, but Cinna only showed up a few times and was just so sweet, transparent, down to earth and whatnot. Where all the other characters kinda had an emotional mask that hid them, he was open.
