Flirt a bit while you talk to her but CASUALLY nothing creepy or weird. If she laughs a lot, smiles a lot, touches your forearm, etc. then just ask. Be like "Hey, so I was wondering if you'd wanna go out and [insert fun date here] with me this weekend?" (at that point it shouldn't be too hard to ask because you should be comfortable with one another) and if she says yes, then cool. If she says no, respect her opinion. Boom! Done.
