a personI usually take Tylenol or Midol but if you don't have those try a hot water bottle. Stretching, massaging and sleep help also.

NatalieI heat up a metal spoon over the stove with oil on it but don't burn it then I put it on my lower stomach then it's gone after a while of laying in my bed under the sheets.
