I just got my school schedule and I have gym first period, every day! Any advice?

Sarah(FAM/PMS)Wear antiperspirant deodorant (put it on before class). And do you have to shower? Participate, but don't exert yourself😂 that's what I do. So I don't sweat.

JaxxWe don't have to shower but gym is usually outside for 45mins, the length of any regular class

Sarah(FAM/PMS)I think you'll do good. Just be sure to change and participate. You probably won't get that sweaty since gym isn't actually that much of a work out.
