AmyJayne_Grantit's probably not tendinitis, as I have had that 3 times and it doesn't hurt round the bone. It's probably just a twist

HMight be RSI (repetitive strain injury). Have you been going on say your laptop or games console for prolonged periods of time? Doing the same thing? I.e. typing, moving the mouse, using the controls etc. Try taking regular breaks!
