They should have a Block button. If you really hate someone, block them and they can't message you or visit questions.

Dat boi popplioNah, everyone would block me for correcting their grammar and then make nasty questions that I can't see due to them blocking me. It would be useful for messages, but not for questions. Maybe they could update the app so the report button could actually work if someone was really harassing you.
