D_Lannnbuy thicker pads or don't try to leave them on for a long periods of time so that that won't happen. Also don't sit like with your legs crossed or with your butt sort of to the side. This can cause the blood to flow the way your sitting instead of on the pad. Yea Ik it's weird but it makes since. 👌🏽
